0:59
147 . Happy
1:01
New Year . I am so excited to be behind
1:03
the microphone in 2023
1:05
. I am just so ready
1:07
to share so many great topics with
1:09
you this year . I've already done my
1:11
entire thought download on all
1:14
the topics and really
1:16
points that I want to discuss with you , at least for
1:18
Q1 . And I'm just really excited
1:21
and I hope that you are as well Especially for this
1:23
episode . Today I'm going to be talking
1:25
on how you can stay committed on
1:27
your goal that you set for yourself , no matter
1:29
what , and before I do that , I
1:31
want to share an update on my life
1:34
, what's going on over here with the Ray
1:36
family and how we're doing . And
1:38
so , as you guys may know , and
1:40
if you've been following me from the very beginning , you know that
1:42
last year was a very , very tough year for me
1:45
, not only mentally , emotionally
1:47
, but also physically . But
1:49
I'm grateful , I'm really grateful . God
1:52
is good . You know there
1:54
are challenges that we go through , there are struggles
1:56
that we are that
1:59
we could possibly go through , but , no matter what , god
2:01
is always providing and he's always there , and for
2:04
that I'm grateful and thankful . And
2:06
I just want to share with you that
2:09
, yes , I am still
2:11
going through the grieving process
2:13
. I lost my little sister
2:15
last year in August through
2:19
cancer . Looking at more specifically
2:22
, and you know it
2:24
was really hard again , it was
2:26
the hardest thing that
2:28
I'm still navigating
2:31
, and one of the
2:33
things that I have really
2:35
considered and thought about is
2:38
everything that I've been , not
2:40
only teaching my clients on how to allow emotions
2:43
, but also how I've
2:45
allowed
2:47
the negative emotions , especially
2:50
through these moments
2:52
, through these days and months and weeks that
2:55
I've felt as if
2:57
there's just this hole
2:59
that I can't seem
3:01
to really get
3:03
out of , and so I
3:06
just want to share that . You
3:08
know it's an ongoing thing and , yes
3:10
, there's no timeline , and yes , there's different
3:13
ways to cope and
3:15
deal with grief , but I also want
3:17
to encourage you that if you are
3:19
going through a loss , it could either , you know , be
3:21
a beloved one , or even through a relationship
3:23
, right . You may be going through a divorce , you may be
3:26
going through this , you know
3:28
, moving on , or this
3:30
transition from any relationship , right
3:33
, and so I just want to offer
3:35
that , at the end of the day , there's
3:38
nothing that you can do to
3:41
get you out of it , unless it's you
3:43
just allowing and feeling
3:45
the negative emotion . And it's something that I constantly
3:48
have to force myself
3:50
to do , because I , most of the time , want
3:52
to escape it . I'm like , I don't want to think about it , I
3:54
don't want to go down that hole , grab it whole
3:57
, and I just don't want to be crying all day
3:59
, and so I'm learning to
4:01
be okay with just breaking down
4:03
anywhere . I could be
4:05
in the car , I could be in the bathroom , I could be
4:07
just on the couch while
4:09
I'm holding my baby and something
4:12
comes up and I just allow myself to
4:14
just cry about it . When I'm on the phone with my mom , when I'm on
4:16
the phone with my dad , it's something
4:18
that I'm constantly reminding
4:21
myself that it's okay not
4:23
to be okay , and so I
4:26
just want to say that we're doing well , we
4:29
are pushing through
4:31
it every single day . It's different every day . We
4:34
have good , we have bad , we have in the middle
4:36
. In between . We we're just going
4:38
with the flow here and really
4:41
just staying grounded in the word
4:43
, grounded in you know , knowing that
4:45
the Holy Spirit is with us
4:47
and no matter what , I can always go to
4:49
God , it doesn't matter what time , and
4:52
so I just want
4:55
to encourage everyone to stay
4:58
close , not only in the word meditate
5:00
on his word but also close to him , and
5:03
so with that , of
5:05
course , we also have the joy
5:08
of our baby girl
5:10
, and Jaila Marie is now
5:12
two months old and she's just the
5:15
most loving
5:17
and happy baby that
5:20
we know , because she's
5:22
just just just
5:24
a joy . I don't even know how to explain and
5:26
describe the feeling , but
5:29
I will say that I'm
5:32
adapting to everything . I'm adapting
5:34
to her , I'm adapting to my new routine , I'm adapting
5:36
to the sleep rhythm , sleep
5:38
schedule . I'm adapting to
5:40
not being able to just get up
5:42
and go to the grocery store like I used to , or
5:44
go anywhere that I wanted it , without having
5:47
to get the baby diaper ready
5:49
, get her ready , make sure that everything
5:52
gets taken care of
5:54
that needs to be taken care of before we head out
5:56
. And so it's just
5:58
been , you know , like really
6:01
great things that have been happening
6:03
along with the grieving
6:05
process . So I just wanted
6:07
to update you guys on that and really
6:10
just share how grateful I am for those of you
6:12
that have reached out to me , either
6:14
through social media , through a DM
6:16
, through a text message Some
6:19
of my past clients have , you know , reached out and
6:21
just say how you know grateful
6:23
they are to not only
6:26
have me talk about what's going
6:28
on now , but also , you know , things that they've
6:30
learned , and so that's really what is
6:33
has helped me encourage myself
6:36
with , you know , coming up with new episodes
6:38
and coming up with what goals
6:40
I have for this year , because , I'm not going
6:42
to lie , it's been hard . It's kind of like , where do I start
6:45
? Like , where do I continue ? Because I stopped
6:47
, you know , doing my weekly emails , I
6:49
stopped recording
6:51
new episodes , I've stopped , you
6:54
know , doing the things that I used to do before the baby , before
6:57
the grieving process . And so I
6:59
just am so grateful and blessed
7:01
to have , you know , old coworkers
7:03
, current coworkers
7:06
, family , friends , people
7:08
that I haven't talked to in years , that have
7:10
reached out and just say that
7:12
they are with
7:15
me , that they're supporting me and they're showing me so much
7:17
love , and so for that I'm grateful and I'm blessed
7:20
. And so I
7:22
wanted to talk
7:24
today about one of the goals
7:26
that I had for last year and
7:28
how it's all going to continue to
7:31
go into this year as well , into
7:33
2023 . And so
7:35
the reason I wanted to record this podcast
7:37
episode is not only to also share you know
7:39
, obviously , you know how you want to stay committed
7:41
with your goal , but also to
7:44
share with you all the amazing
7:46
things that this podcast has brought . And
7:49
so , as you guys remember , if
7:52
you've been following me , I started with this podcast
7:54
as a veteran's gastric , and the reason I did
7:57
that is because I was really tiptoeing
7:59
around the fact that I wanted to
8:01
show up as this woman of faith , a
8:03
Christian woman , and I was very
8:05
indecisive in doing that Because , in
8:07
my mind , I thought that I wasn't going to get
8:09
the same level of attention or
8:12
people actually tuning in and
8:14
getting the valuable information that I had . But
8:17
then , after prayer and after , you
8:19
know , getting a coach , a Christian coach that I was
8:21
like , hey , if you are
8:23
, if you have this in your heart and you've prayed
8:25
about it and you're ready to
8:28
really share with the world where
8:31
you are in your faith and how you can
8:33
help them , you need to do this . And
8:35
so we did that . In September
8:37
of 2021 , launched
8:39
Beyond the Military podcast , and
8:41
here we are . And so the
8:44
beginning of 2022 , I was
8:46
like , okay , I need to go all in
8:48
, no matter what , and stay committed to
8:50
this platform . This is
8:52
the only platform I want to use to
8:55
not only provide value , but
8:58
also to be able
9:00
to share
9:02
what I know , either
9:05
through my past clients or through myself
9:08
, my own personal experience . And
9:10
so I'm like how do I do that
9:12
? I need to set a goal that I think is not going
9:15
to be as achievable as I think
9:17
, right ? So I said 10,000 downloads
9:19
is what I need by 2022
9:21
. And so in
9:24
my mind I'm thinking , oh , I'm definitely going to meet it
9:26
. Or a part of me was like I
9:28
don't know if I'm going to meet it , I may go
9:30
down to 5,000 downloads . And
9:32
the other part of me was like , no , we're going to surpass it , 10,000
9:34
. And this was like at the very beginning of 2022
9:37
. And so then everything
9:40
in my life starts to pretty
9:43
much change , right ? Things that I never
9:45
thought , never in my mind , never
9:47
, never even considered
9:50
happening , was happening
9:52
. So one it was
9:54
my husband . I started talking about having
9:57
another baby . We were like what , why are
9:59
we doing this ? We're not 30s now . We have
10:01
two kids , a boy and a girl . They're 10 and eight . Why
10:04
are we doing this ? And then
10:06
you know my
10:08
mom . She's out to me and she tells me that my little sister has been
10:10
diagnosed with leukemia , and I'm
10:12
like what ? What is happening here ? And
10:14
so there were other things that I
10:16
planned , goals that I set for myself
10:18
for that year , and one of
10:20
them . One of them was launching a program
10:23
for group coaching for military
10:25
women , and the other
10:27
thing was for me to
10:30
go all in on my coaching , and
10:32
so for a minute
10:35
I was like , okay , I think I can do this . This
10:38
was like around February . I've
10:40
just gotten the news that my little sister
10:42
was diagnosed . I
10:45
didn't know that I was expecting yet . So then I'm like
10:47
, okay , maybe I can do this . I
10:49
just , you know , I have to stay
10:51
hopeful , stay positive , continue to pray , continue
10:53
to do what I'm doing
10:56
and not allow myself to get distracted
10:58
. Long story
11:00
short , march comes along the way , in the beginning of March
11:02
, and I find out that I'm pregnant
11:04
and I'm like , okay , now I really have to be honest with myself . Am I really
11:06
going to commit to this program and
11:09
am I really going to commit to
11:12
going on in my coaching ? And at first I was like I
11:14
can do this , I know I
11:16
can do this . And
11:18
then I really had to humble
11:20
myself and really ask myself are you really
11:22
going to do this without
11:25
jeopardizing time with
11:28
your family , without jeopardizing the intentionality
11:31
behind everything else that I had to get done
11:33
right as a wife
11:36
, as a mom , as a friend
11:38
, as a daughter , as a sister ? And the answer
11:40
was no . So I immediately
11:43
had to refocus and ask myself what is
11:45
it that I'm going to commit to ? And that one thing
11:47
was a podcast . I'm like I have to continue
11:49
, and I want to continue to
11:52
provide this value to
11:54
everyone that may be going
11:56
through something . At the
11:58
same time , I
12:01
had clients that already had
12:03
coaching from 2021 , all the way through
12:05
2022 . And
12:09
so I really had to
12:11
decide on what was important , and
12:15
so for me , it was staying focused to the 10,000 . 10,000
12:18
downloads for my podcast , and
12:24
so , in order for me to stay committed
12:27
, I really asked myself is this going to make a difference ? And
12:30
the answer to that was yes . Am
12:32
I making a difference through podcasting
12:34
? And the answer is yes . How
12:36
did I know that ? Because my numbers were increasing
12:39
. It went from like
12:41
2000 or 4000 in like a couple of months
12:43
, and so , because I was looking at this data , I was
12:45
looking at these numbers
12:47
, I was like , okay
12:49
, how do I continue to show up ? Because
12:53
you have to keep in mind , here I'm already
12:55
working my nine to five , I'm
12:58
already dedicating time to my husband and to my kids , and
13:02
again , coaching on the side for that and volunteering
13:04
and all
13:06
these other things
13:08
that already had good content . And
13:12
I was like , okay , how do I continue to do this
13:15
? How do I continue , especially
13:17
in August ? Because then I had
13:19
I was doing two podcast episodes a week . I'm
13:22
like , how do I continue to stay committed and not drop
13:24
this into the back burner , because
13:26
this is the only thing I have committed
13:29
to this year ? And that was that platform
13:31
podcasting . How do I continue to do this ? I'm
13:34
like , okay , I'm going to continue to do this podcast
13:36
. And that was that platform podcasting
13:39
. How do I continue to share what I know
13:41
, what I've learned through this platform
13:43
? And it was through
13:47
understanding that
13:49
I was making a difference , that this was the
13:52
platform on how
13:54
people not only were finding
13:56
coaching , but also how they're improving
13:59
to be more intentional
14:02
with their time , with
14:04
the people that they love , with their
14:06
future , like how they start planning
14:08
for after the military . So
14:11
, with that in mind , I was like
14:13
, okay , this is something that I know I
14:16
can do because I am
14:19
100% in . I'm
14:21
always excited , I'm ready to record a podcast
14:23
episode . But
14:26
then everything else happened right
14:28
. My little sister passed away . Then I'm
14:30
like , okay , I'm going to have a baby . I can't
14:32
really record episodes anymore . I can barely breathe
14:34
without having
14:36
to take a huge
14:38
pause before my next breath . I
14:41
have no energy . All
14:43
I want to do is sleep . So how
14:46
do I continue to do this ? And
14:48
the answer was very simple . I
14:51
mean , yeah , the answer , the response that I had
14:53
, was very simple , and it was through this question Do
14:56
I want to continue to make a difference
14:58
in this world ? And
15:00
the answer was yes . And so I
15:02
know , at first I was like , okay , wendy , you're
15:05
not really making a huge difference , only
15:07
the people that are listening to the podcast . But
15:10
then it really became real to me because
15:12
, again , these numbers kept growing and growing and
15:14
different countries are listening . I mean countries
15:16
that I never thought , that I never thought
15:19
would listen to my podcast . And
15:21
so then I'm like , okay , how do I do this ? How
15:23
do I stay committed when I
15:25
don't have the energy ? I'm
15:27
not as excited anymore . I
15:30
have so many things going on in my mind , so
15:33
many things that I have to worry about before the
15:35
baby gets here or even when the baby gets here , and
15:38
so for me , it was just staying focused on
15:41
making a difference . Making
15:45
a difference through my unique talent
15:47
that I have , through the influence
15:49
that I have , the gift that God has given me exhortation
15:52
. I love doing this and
15:55
also really just
15:57
understanding
15:59
that everything that I had
16:01
in that moment , that small amount of strength
16:04
, that small
16:06
amount of learning that I have in my mind
16:08
, that I can , the
16:10
tools that I can share with you , is
16:13
by also being thankful to
16:16
God that it has been provided
16:18
to me , by him , understanding
16:21
and trusting that he has given me this opportunity
16:23
to do this through this platform
16:26
. And so that's
16:28
what I want to ask you . You know , is
16:30
the goal that you have , that
16:32
you want to commit to something that
16:34
you know that
16:37
you need to be doing ? Right ? Let's just say it's losing
16:39
weight . Let's just say it's losing weight . It
16:42
doesn't necessarily have to be about you
16:44
, but it could be about others , right ? How
16:47
are you going to
16:49
be healthier or go on
16:51
this healthier journey ? Because
16:55
it's not about you for
16:57
the most part , but about others , right ? Are
16:59
you a mom ? Do you want to do it because you
17:02
want to be a better mom for this , for
17:04
your kids , in this moment ? Are
17:07
you a wife ? Do you want to
17:09
be healthier so that you can
17:11
be and show up for
17:14
your husband in a way that you
17:16
know you want to ? Right , and I'm just talking about losing weight
17:18
here , because losing weight is like the number
17:20
one thing that people do at the very beginning of
17:23
the year as their resolution their goals
17:25
. I want to lose 30 pounds , and listen
17:27
, I'm speaking on my behalf here as well , because
17:29
you best believe I am
17:31
. That is one of the things on my goals for
17:33
this year . Yes , I'm
17:35
talking about after the baby . The baby weight needs to come off , and
17:39
so what is it right ? So it's
17:41
no longer about me . I'm all in because I
17:43
want to be as productive
17:45
, I want to show up as that mother
17:47
, a healthy , a
17:49
healthy mom . I want to be able to
17:52
continue to run
17:54
around with my kids , right , like , I want to be that
17:56
parent . And so how am I going
17:58
to make a difference with that ? By being more
18:00
intentional with my kids , by
18:03
actually choosing out
18:05
meals that are healthier for everyone . Right
18:08
, doing things , staying
18:10
active , being more intentional
18:12
with my family
18:14
, with myself , and it
18:16
could be as simple as that , like , why is
18:18
it that you want to go all in on this goal ? And
18:21
so , to kind of go
18:24
back to the podcast downloads on
18:27
the goal , right , 10,000
18:30
downloads for my podcast . I
18:33
pulled the numbers on December
18:35
31st , which , by the way
18:37
, I pulled the numbers when
18:40
because I , if you know me , I
18:42
go to sleep at like 8 pm before
18:44
the baby , I'm like in bed by no letter
18:46
than eight and I'm like asleep by like
18:48
no letter than 830 . But now , with the
18:50
baby , there
18:53
really isn't a set
18:55
time for me to go to bed besides
18:57
me still being in bed by eight . But
19:00
sometimes I go to bed at 10 because she's still not
19:02
completely down , or she'll go to sleep
19:04
for like 30 minutes and then wake up again at 11
19:06
. And so for
19:09
New Year's Eve , I want to sleep early . I think we want
19:11
to sleep at like nine , nine-ish , and
19:14
so when I woke up to
19:16
feed her , that's when I'm like okay , let me pull the numbers , because
19:19
now it was one January , so
19:21
it was still like I think 2 am for
19:25
January 1st , but as of December
19:27
31st , we had
19:29
9,194
19:32
downloads . So now , what does this mean
19:34
? It means that , no , I did not meet my goal . That's
19:37
what it means . Right , looking at numbers stating
19:40
the facts I did not meet my 10K download
19:42
goal for 2022
19:45
. But here's what it also
19:47
means it means that we made
19:49
a tremendous progress over
19:51
5,000 downloads in
19:54
less than a year , and
19:56
to me that was everything , because I
19:59
reached more than 5,000
20:02
people downloads in
20:05
a very short period of time . So
20:07
now , again , what does that mean I'm making
20:09
a difference . People are listening to this podcast , they're
20:11
tuning in each and every single time
20:14
there's a new podcast episode . And
20:16
so now , what does that mean with
20:18
? Or what does that mean with when
20:20
it comes to the consistency and the progress
20:23
and everything right ? It
20:25
means that , no matter what happened
20:27
yes , I was discouraged , yes , I
20:29
even , you know , felt
20:31
as if I wasn't excited anymore to record
20:34
these episodes . But what it really
20:36
means is this is something that I committed
20:38
to and I went all in
20:40
, no matter what , even if I didn't meet my
20:42
goal . And
20:44
this is really just making
20:46
an impact outside
20:49
of me , outside of myself , outside
20:51
of what I even
20:54
started with , like intention
20:56
, intentionally . So meaning
20:58
that there are people in different countries that are learning
21:01
about things
21:03
that they could be doing after the military how
21:06
to manage their mind , how to manage their emotions
21:09
, and so , with that , when it was
21:11
right before the holidays , I
21:13
was like , okay , I can't do this anymore , like
21:15
I've already recorded
21:18
and now I don't want to record anymore
21:20
. I'm like I just need some time . If
21:23
I would have , if I wasn't as committed
21:26
as I wanted to be or
21:28
as I intended to be , I
21:30
wouldn't have thought of like okay , maybe I could put
21:33
out most valuable podcast
21:35
episodes , valuable episodes
21:37
that people keep listening on
21:39
repeat . These are episodes
21:41
that had hundreds of downloads
21:43
because of how many or
21:45
how many times people had downloaded
21:48
it . So I immediately
21:50
went into okay , what can I do to
21:53
continue to share
21:55
valuable information without
21:57
me recording
22:00
an episode ? And it was to
22:02
repurpose those episodes , and
22:04
that's what I did . I did a video with most valuable
22:06
podcast episodes , which , by the way , I'm going to
22:08
do a video . One of my coaches
22:11
she did this with her podcast , I think
22:13
a year ago , and so that's
22:15
where I kind of like got that idea from , but
22:18
it was more so of okay , it's coming to
22:20
the end of the year , how do I continue to share
22:22
the episodes that are valuable
22:24
, that people have found valuable ? So I'm like , okay , I
22:27
remembered that my previous coach
22:29
had done that before , so I'm like okay , I can do this too
22:32
. And so it's
22:34
been amazing , because those podcast episodes
22:36
have also shown
22:39
a tremendous amount
22:42
of love . One of the episodes
22:44
, I believe it , was self-doubt
22:46
. Again , it was like 700
22:49
episodes within that first week
22:51
. It was out . It was crazy
22:54
. And again , it just shows
22:56
that , no matter what
22:58
it is that you are committing to
23:01
and you find different ways , no
23:03
matter what way it is . If it's
23:06
a way that you're like , okay , I'm gonna make
23:08
it work , it's going to work , people are
23:10
going to find it it's . You
23:13
need to have the willingness to make it work
23:15
Right . If you're like , oh my gosh , I wanna lose weight
23:17
but I don't have time to come
23:19
up with meals and what's healthy
23:21
and carbs and everything
23:24
else , right . Or I don't have time to go to the gym
23:26
and so on and so forth , you don't need
23:28
the gym . You don't need a
23:30
specific meal
23:33
plan in place . All you can
23:35
really do is take out sugar and flour . If
23:38
you know bread doesn't help your body , take it out of your menu , take
23:40
it out of your diet . If
23:42
you know that doing 100 burpees is going
23:44
to help you it's
23:46
gonna help you not only stay in shape then
23:49
do it . You'll need the gym , right . So
23:51
again , whatever that goal may be , if your goal for this
23:54
year is to transition out of the military
23:56
, how do you stay committed without
23:59
giving in that ? Oh , I wanna stay in because
24:02
of this insecurity , or insecurity or this fear
24:04
? You want to
24:06
ask yourself how is
24:09
this transition going to make a difference
24:11
when I do transition
24:13
, and it could be by
24:15
having your family stable
24:18
. It could be by now
24:20
I'm going to sleep
24:22
better , my health is going to improve . Whatever
24:25
it is for you , whatever the reason may be
24:27
, in order for you
24:29
to stay committed on the goal that you set
24:31
for yourself , no matter what you
24:34
be in , all in is by really asking
24:37
yourself how is this going
24:39
to make a difference ? And
24:43
, whatever the response is , staying
24:45
focused on that and , of course
24:47
, praying about every single challenge
24:50
and obstacle that may be coming up , because
24:52
there will always be challenges , there will always
24:54
be obstacles . And guess
24:56
what ? We're not alone . We
24:59
have the Holy Spirit , we have God , especially if you
25:01
are in the
25:03
journey of partnering
25:05
with God . You
25:08
have the
25:10
God-given gifts
25:12
, strengths , characteristics
25:15
, learnings , influence that makes
25:17
you who you are , and that's
25:19
why you have chosen this goal and
25:21
that's why you will continue to stay committed . And
25:24
this is how you continue
25:26
to stay committed and I will
25:28
continue to stay committed to this podcast , no matter what
25:30
, which . By the way , if
25:32
I haven't said this already , I've already have a whole
25:35
page on
25:38
my ClickUp , on my Word document , of
25:40
topics that I will be talking within
25:42
the first quarter on this podcast
25:45
and I cannot wait to share
25:47
with you all more on what's coming . But
25:49
for now , I'm gonna continue to keep
25:51
my head down , because
25:53
I know that $10,000
25:56
downloads are coming , and
25:58
to be even more
26:00
or go further
26:03
down this line of goals . My goal for
26:05
this year is 25K
26:07
. I want to be
26:09
at 25,000 downloads by
26:12
the end of this year , and
26:14
again , it may not happen , right , but
26:16
guess what ? I'm gonna continue to keep going . I'm
26:19
not gonna let the timeline dictate
26:22
if I will meet my goal or not . It's
26:25
gonna come . I'm gonna continue to stay here behind
26:27
this mic . I'm committed , I'm all in to continue
26:29
to share with you the tools , the resources
26:31
and much more that's
26:34
coming , because this is what
26:36
I know God wants for me to do , because
26:38
it's something that I've had . Someone
26:41
told me before that I was going to be a host
26:43
of a radio show when I was little and I
26:45
was like , really , because that's actually something that I want to do
26:47
and keep in mind
26:49
. I was like maybe 10 , 11 years old and
26:51
now here I am as an adult and I'm like , oh my gosh
26:53
. I remember when this one guy told me that
26:56
I could be , I sounded like someone
26:59
as a radio host . And
27:01
so now here I am right , and I just love sharing
27:04
different things for free
27:06
, like it's just for you . I
27:09
want to be able to do this every
27:12
single day , even when podcasting
27:14
is outdated . I'm gonna be the only
27:16
one podcasting , but
27:18
, seriously , in order for you
27:20
to stay committed on the goal that
27:23
you have set for yourself , no matter what
27:25
, it begins with asking yourself do
27:28
I want to continue to make a difference ? Do
27:31
I want to make a difference ? Is this
27:33
going to help me make a difference , not
27:36
only for you , but for
27:38
others around you ? You
27:40
want to take a moment , take a step back , and
27:44
if the answer is yes , and you know how
27:46
you're gonna do it , I
27:48
promise you this is going to keep you encouraged every
27:51
single moment , no matter what , even
27:53
when you don't feel like doing it . You're
27:55
gonna find other ways , other means to get this
27:57
done . All
28:00
right , ladies , that's all that I have for you . I
28:03
hope and pray that this episode blessed you
28:05
and that you continue to
28:07
stay focused , especially because it's the
28:09
beginning of the new year . All right
28:11
, I'll talk to you soon . Have a great
28:13
rest of your week . Bye , hey
