We all have made some sort of an excuse when we couldn't stand by our word of making something happen, having to break a promise, leaving things for the next day. Relatable? It is so easy to say "I don't have time" or "I will leave it for later" or "I just want to do it when I feel good" specially because for many people priorities are not so clear.
Self sabotage could be a sign of many things, including avoidance...
