We’re looking at a message in God’s ability to restore. We take this out of Isaiah’s prophecy who’s known as the evangelical prophet.The people started to see their identity in the stuff they had, under king Uzziah they were very prosperous. The men were nicely clothed, the women were well dressed; ankle bracelets, nose rings, they walked around mincing all the wall.They had disposable income, instead of using it for good stuff they used it to self indulge. Isaiah in chapter 3 painted a picture of a time that looks a lot like today, he ended the chapter with God saying He will resend His presence. we’re now done talking about the day of the Lord, that day of judgment and are now looking forward to that time when God’s kingdom will be established
