From Isaiah 15-23 there are messages given to various national players, these nations are being addressed by the prophet Isaiah because the God of heaven has determined. All of these nations that God is speaking about have had some relationship to Israel. Good, bad, or ugly. Neighborhood or surrounding Israel. The reason they’re in the Bible is because they had some dealing with Israel. The second thing we see is that God judges nations. The Bible tells us that the God of the Bible will one day judge all nations of the earth. We are going to be looking at why God must judge the nations. Every nation has its history and every nation has its origin, the Bible teaches us that God has established nations. And according to the Bible He has predetermined their rise and their fall. God knew the rise of America and He knows the fall of America.America will fall. Every nation has its beginning, its peak and its failure. God judges nations. Billy Graham was quoted as saying, if God doesn’t judge America he has to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah. So we have to try and understand where we’re going as a nation and how does it affect you as a Christian if the Lord doesn’t come back soon?
