Today's conversation is with a disabled blogger and consultant, Gemma Turner.
She uses her experience of being a disabled wheelchair user to train companies about the barriers as well as the right way to communicate with disabled people.
She's worked with companies such as Sky, ITV, Community First Yorkshire and many more. Gemma is an open book and uses her honest Yorkshire humour (when appropriate of course!) to dismantle some of the misconceptions of disability.
I love this conversation as it was my first disabled guest and she really moved the needle for me in the way she communicates and is really trying to move the conversation forward in a direct, yet light-hearted way.
