In the first official episode of the NSFW Podcast, I sit down with Neal Maddox, 7 time CrossFit Games Competitor on his way to number 8. He is in the 40-44 age group, took second in the open and 1st in the Online Qualifier.

He's taking a chance by going to West regionals but for good reason. The last time he competed with a group at his level was the 2017 Reebok CrossFit Games. West regionals will not only give him some perspective on his readiness, but will give him the challenge he needs to push in a competitive environment.
