I had a hellva run!  Nothing lasts forever and an opportunity to learn is always waiting for the right moment to strike.  

I've been in a healing process for 6-7 months.  

I've gone from dehydrated and under nourished to fighting through pain.  Then half attempts to rest and recover a complete break down and finally surrender.  

It seems I needed a wake up call to understand my threshold for building.  I truly believe we can get into a state of perpetual growth but it only happens if you know when to dial it up and dial it down.
