If you haven't seen it yet, you've gotta check out Terrain, a documentary on Prime. Terrain challenges our understanding of "getting sick" and "staying healthy".  Now I don't know how much of this concept is going to be 100% proven true, but it certainly opens the mind to other ways of thinking about self care, which I'm all about.
