This week we meet Nakana Costa "The Hawaiian Panda".  Nakana has been training Jiu Jitsu for over a decade. He also has three kids that train and plenty of crazy stories!!  He is a Black Belt that trains under Professor Shawn Hammonds out of Guardian MMA in Nashville, TN. One of the funniest people I know and a ton of fun to talk with.
