Well, in this episode, I'm Ms.Charles, haha. Thanks for stopping by!  In this episode, I spoke about my experience doing my first fast.  

On January 7, 2023, five Black police officers from the Memphis Police Department severely beat Tyre Nichols, a 29-year-old Black man, during a traffic stop in Memphis, Tennessee. Nichols was hospitalized in critical condition and died at St. Francis three days later. 

 RIP #TyreNichols - another Black Man killed by police brutality.
