For as long as I can remember I've always been a "nervous person." I just wasn't aware that what I'd struggled with for years had a name. And came with a set of symptoms that affects more than six million adults in the US alone. Today I'll be touching briefly on my fear of failure and some inspirational tidbits I've learned over the past few weeks that have really changed the way I view myself and life.
