What a day for a daydream. How high are your expectations of people, or in life, overall? In this episode I share how our disappointments are correlated to the height of our expectations. 

Note: I made reference to a skit titled "Lowered Expectations" and attributed it to In Living Color but it was actually MADtv. I was correct about it being from the 90s, though.
