Pauline Cox is a nutritionist who co-founded Sow & Arrow in 2018 with a mission of creating easy-to-access information on health and wellbeing as well as a place to get convenient healthy food on the go. She is a functional nutritionist, passionate about food and nutrition, and also writes articles about health and well-being, particularly women's wellbeing.

Pauline spoke to Giles and Jim about her own health journey, the challenges that face getting nutrition information out against fast food advertising, and her new book, Hungry Woman.
