​Hi out there and welcome! I'm Emily, Founder of Bliss Out Holistic Wellness, Certified Plant-Based Holistic Nutritionist and Health Advocate for Vestibular Warriors. I'm so happy to connect with you! This space was inspired by my journey as a Vestibular Warrior (in my case, recovery from vestibular neuritis + vestibular migraines). In November 2019, I published my book Uncovering Bliss: A Journey With A Vestibular Condition and Beyond to shine a light on the mind and body experience, what it felt like in the darkness of my vestibular something and my journey through healing. I created Bliss Out Holistic Wellness as I was healing from a vestibular condition and knew I wanted to share the nourishing diet and holistic toolkit that had nourished and supported my mind and body every step of the way (and continue to!). I believe that we should be empowered when it comes to our wellness as we navigate the twists and turns of life.
