October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and as a survivor of domestic violence, Tianna shares more of her story with us as she walks us through the 4 stages of abuse. On average, more than 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men in the US will experience rape, physical violence, and/or stalking by an intimate partner.

Local to us, Domestic violence cases constituted 33% of crimes reported to the Lawrence County Prosecutor's Office last year.

Tianna has been apart of all of these stats and so many alongside her in our community who have not had the chance to find safety and share their story. As she walks us through the 4 stages of abuse she experienced in her story and what red flags to look for in yours.
