The small town of Texarkana has not been able to forget its dark past that started in 1946. Dubbed the Phantom Killer, this unknown man would murder young couples on lover's lane- in a move that would prove eerie in 20 years- and put the small town on edge. Still unsolved, this case has taken on a prolific status thanks to The Town That Dreaded Sundown, released in 1976, that put this case on the radar of a whole new generation.
