Aleister and Francois are reunited with their believed-lost comrade Bear, who has not only regrown his missing arms but apparently been turned into a crocodile-man by unknown means.  Together, they hunt for ghosts down by the waterfront and find themselves embroiled in a plot to blow up the city.  Will this bring them closer to solving the mystery of the hooded dwarves and their secret gold?
