Today's episode brings you a method for building a compassionate relationship with the inner world. We look at building a vocabulary for looking at one's quality of thoughts, emotions, body sensation, sense of "yield", and quality of breathe to begin to see where one might be in the polyvagal states that are unique to your experience. This is also a way to gently develop interoception as a compassionate skill that can be a regulating resource in and of itself.
