This is a topic I am really NOT familiar with being that I don't have children lol but I wanted to learn more, because a lot of people DO have kids, and how do u approach talking about nutrition to a 2 year old...3 year old 10...14 and so on...cuz as we know as we get older....beliefs we developed as children can carry into our adult lives good and bad...

Food isn’t JUST fuel- let there be spice to your life! Make smiley faces out of kids’ meals.

Sleep is a valuable tool for growing strong by recharging your batteries. Going to bed isn’t punishment!

Reading  is a way to give your child an outlet if they feel stressed out by quarantine.

Build healthy daily habits as early as possible.
