In this episode, we take a closer look at how our faith can make us whole. We look at several incidents in the bible that showed us the true purpose of our faith. Our faith is the mechanism by which God will showcase his power to us and the world.

1 Corinthians 2:5

That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

Hebrews 11:6

And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.

Mark 11:22-24

And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. 23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. 24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Romans 10:17

Thus faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the word of Christ.

John 17:17

Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.

2 Samuel 7:28

And now, O Lord GOD, You are God, and Your words are true, and You have promised this goodness to Your servant.

Psalm 119:160

The entirety of Your word is truth, And every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever.

Proverbs 30:5

Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him.

I, the LORD, speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.

1 Thessalonians 2:13

For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.

Matthew 17:14-20

And when they had come to the multitude, a man came to Him, kneeling down to Him and saying, 15 “Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is [a]an epileptic and suffers severely; for he often falls into the fire and often into the water. 16 So I brought him to Your disciples, but they could not cure him.” 17 Then Jesus answered and said, “O [b]faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him here to Me.” 18 And Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of him; and the child was cured from that very hour. 19 Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, “Why could we not cast it out?”

20 So Jesus said to them, “Because of your [c]unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.
