Im Emily and welcome to my new podcast blurt it baby! In this podcast I talk to some of my closest friends about their real experience of motherhood and what to actually expect!

‘Real talk for real mums’ is a little bit of a cliche and to be honest, to really GO there is not easy! We all know having a baby is a true blessing,  but what i’ve learnt from my friends is how hard it is for them to be that honest in front of others,  without people thinking they don’t love their babies!

So for their sake I wanted to create a little bubble where they can reflect on their own journey of mumhood without being judged.

The good the bad the ugly!

In this episode I chat to my amazing sister about bringing my baby niece Coco into the world, feeling like she was in somebodys elses body for a year and the pressure to make new mum friends.  I am so honored my sister came onto this podcast it was such a fun chat. Thank you again for giving such an honest account (and for my gorgeous niece)
