Tom and Josh are joined by Mo Samuels, an online fitness content creator and coach.

Mo has inspired the lives of millions worldwide by sharing his passion for training and living life to it's fullest, but also the harsh reality of dealing with multiple set-backs caused by his Lymphedema, a life-long degenerative condition in his leg which he has suffered from since a young age. His condition has lead to multiple surgeries, infections and many months spent bed-bound in hospitals.

Despite that, Mo continues to face these challenges head on, finds good even in the bad and doesn't let certain unfortunate circumstances limit what he can achieve in his life.
