The main topic this episode is understanding stress. The process begins with recognising what's happening to us when we experience stressful situations. Ian will talk through the main jigsaw pieces that make up the stress response - such as our perception, our emotions and the actual bodily responses that are kicking off in the body. Finally, Ian will offer a simple technique for immediate intervention in these situations. Ian is a fully qualified Stress Management Consultant and a HeartMath Certified Coach.
