We all have a picture of what we want our morning routines to look like. I’ve realized that the perfect morning routine isn’t necessarily the routine that I see on social media or hear other people talk about. The best morning routine for me and for you is the one that you enjoy doing, is attainable, and that you can be consistent in.

In today’s episode I want to talk through why a morning routine is important, your mindset around a morning routine, how having a morning routine helps you be more productive, and tips for staying consistent in your morning routine.
