Motivation…it comes and goes. We can’t rely on it to reach our goals or to stay disciplined. As I have gotten older and have more responsibility I have seen this be the case over and over.

So what do we do? In today’s episode I share 3 things that will carry us through when motivation isn’t there. We’re going to talk about discipline, accountability, and developing habits that work for you!
