Happy Anniversary! It is Book Reports Podcast’s anniversary episode and as a special gift, we got you this brand new episode. Join Sam and Bryce as they look back on such a great year of books and settle on which one is their favorite for the entire year. They each share which book was their favorite they read as well as share which book they enjoyed the most from each other.

The guys settle in on a theme of “books that have changed their life”. Sam brings a book about the superhero Hellboy and proposes an interesting idea: Hellboy is a great allegory for Christians. Sam also shares how this comic book series touched him personally

because he discovered it during a very turbulent time in his life. Bryce shares a book that changed his life, but not is the way most people might think. A book about economics might sound boring until we learn that economics has a strange effect on our everyday lives in ways we might not have even been aware. Bryce talks about how this particular book has changed the way he looks at the world and tries to give events a second thought because things are not always as they appear.
