This episode is about Elizabeth in India, to learn how gaining peaceful mind and mediate without messy thoughts in her head. I also talk about some mediation experiences of myself a little bit, to add more, I sometimes give myself one or two minutes to "Breath", which is to calm down a second, makes my feelings and thoughts peace.
