In this episode, Jenna and Kelsey interview Ileana on everything from women in tech to the black lives matter movement. As a woman of colour, Ileana had some incredibly valuable insights and experiences to share on this movement and we were honoured to give her the space to do so. She discusses her experience, realizations and how her life has changed since the movement started while we also dive in to tips on how to hire a diverse workforce without making them feel like a "token diversity hire".
