This podcast, this day - this initiative has inspired me to live more daringly and to open up about my diagnosis in my personal life. I owe it to each and every one of you to help educate people who know me about BPD - to work on ending the stigma associated with Borderline Personality Disorder by showing people that it isn't scary, we aren't villians. We are people you know, that you work with, and we are extremely loving and capable individuals. 

In short - thank you all for inspiring me to live authentically, boldly and to be even more vulnerable with people in my life. If you could use #bellletstalk just once today, it would mean the world to me.
