Hello Bounce Back Listeners! Yes, I'm back 🙌 I took a bit of a break from recording episodes to reassess what my goals are with this podcast. This platform was for me to share my personal and professional journey and all the while hopefully inspire you, the listeners, to also share your own stories! As I've embarked on this path I've learned so much about myself and I've also been able to explore different topics that fascinate me and that I want to share with you (again, with the hopes that it gives you something to think about as well - and possibly explore more of on your own). 

So in the coming months I will be sharing more about my personal journey - because so many of you have asked. And also more about blending families - which is a situation that I didn't think would have been as challenging as it's been. I know that a lot of my listeners come from blended families and so many have asked how we've been able to manage and maneuver that complicated and intricate subject. 

Let's just say it's about to get even more personal - however I will also be sharing my interview series of incredible women who have reinvented themselves and build an incredible life + business to be proud of. As well as of course giving you load and loads of tools so that you too can do the same! Cheers to a the end of 2019 and an even bigger cheers to the start of 2020 and a whole new decade!! xoxo - Cat
