He's known in the gym as Jay Boost @jay_boost700 at the Jackrabbits boxing gym where he trains and coaches today and the neighborhood he came from in Inglewood, CA. 

  In this edition of the podcast, Jay Boost sat down with Trevor and Garrity and told his entire story.  He survived getting shot on two separate occasions in his young 20s. The most incredible part of his story is when he taught himself how to walk again after being paralyzed from the second time he got shot.  He walks with a limp with his right leg that drags, but other than that he's absolutely ripped everywhere else.    As he goes through his story from start to finish, Jay Boost has always seemed to have one foot in each world.  One in the streets, and one on the right path.  He told us all bout his boxing career from his start in the amateurs at 11 years old to an up and down pro career that was intertwined with his time in the streets.    Our guest this week tells an amazing story.
