In recent years it has become commonplace for organisations of all types to loudly proclaim their values and purpose, and encourage their employees to align and identify with them. Yet what does it mean for people to identify with their employer or organisation? And why does it really matter? Surely it is enough for people to turn up for work, do their job diligently and then get on with their lives?

To explore the concept of Organisational Identification further it is an absolute pleasure to be joined on the Brain for Business podcast by Professor Chia-Huei Wu.
