From where does consciousness originate? Many people would intuitively say from the brain – your head brain to be more specific. But, in fact, humans have three brains: the head brain, the gut brain and the heart brain. Each plays a critical role in your human experience. In fact, some argue that we (humans) would benefit from getting our head brain out of the way, so that we can experience reality in a more imaginative, intuitive, and heart-centred way.
