If you were writing a script or planning out a TV show, movie or a book, you have your main character along with your cast of characters. When you create those characters, they need to be fleshed out because otherwise, you won’t know who they are. They would all be boring and bland, unless they have their personalities fleshed out. The same thing applies to your brand. I think this is so important, and it's something that so many people miss, so I wanted to dive into it with you in this episode.
