On this episode, my guest shares on mindset and business strategies. Laura Charlton is the Founder and Content Creator of Beautiful and Bossy. She's a Bahamian born mother and entrepreneur with a sincere passion for supporting and empowering women to have the skills and confidence needed to run a successful business.

 As an affluent entrepreneur, She has a love for business, entrepreneurship, art and psychology; resulting in her desire to share knowledge and skills with other ambitious business women. She portrayed the essential qualities of an entrepreneur since the age of nine. 

Her first business venture, was selling confectioneries at her elementary school; which only lasted a year due to higher influence and school regulations. This was her first real failure, but she learned a lot about herself and business at a very young age.

 Charlton's journey continued after that first defeat. Since then, she've explored and succeeded in many other ventures such as, e-commerce, sales, marketing and branding - just to name a few.

 After much trial and error, Laura understands that starting and running a business can be very challenging, so she've decided to create a platform to unite, equip and inspire other business women as we journey on the road to success together.
