Today we feature PhD Dexter Holland. Dexter fronts the punk rock band The Offspring, who as a band have sold 40 million albums world-wide.

Apart from building a world wide audience, Dexter has also earned a PhD in molecular biology, he's a jet pilot and a purveyor of hot sauce. Sure, Eminem, rapped about his salsa...but Dexter has actually made one called, Gringo Bandito and it's hella good.
