Head brewer Dave and director of operations John are here with Square One Brewing Co. Square One is bringing the St. Luis area the trifecta with a brewery, distillery, and brewpub. Head brewer Dave has an epic story of donating his time in hopes of landing a full time brewing gig, which he did when John stepped down, and let Dave take over.
