Where are we on impeachment today?The House will vote this week to formalize the ongoing impeachment inquiry, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi announced Monday evening, signaling a new phase in the proceedings which is likely to include public testimony. National Security Council staffer in charge of Ukraine, Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, who listened in on the Trump-Zelensky call, testified before House committees Tuesday morning.  Vidman is expected to testify that that he reported concerns about the call to a superior.
