Anthony and I discuss his latest passion project, “50 for 50”, a 50-day body transformation challenge that helps men in their 50’s look better and feel great in just 50 days, without insane long workouts or strict dieting. We also discuss the many surprising benefits of aging, how mental health should become a main priority as your health evolves, the importance of social interactions, and why you don't need to take an extreme approach when trying to reach your fitness goals.
