  2. Allows you to address their fears & concerns, which eliminate the barriers, what's stopping them from hiring you
  3. Allows you to position yourself as the expert & show your VALUE, sets you apart immediately
  4. Lastly, it allows you to recognize any Bridezilla vibes or red flags
  • HOW:
  1. I will give a quick overview of some important areas to touch on, for the women who choose to invest in one on one mentorship sessions with me, I do have a full script and I go over this phone call process in depth
  2. The call should take about 15 mins sometimes 30 mins if you’re really vibin!
  3. First - get to know them, don’t go straight to business
  4. Ask them about their vision for hair & makeup
  5. Listen for any fears or concerns they verbalize
  6. Tell them what makes you different, how do you cater to them, paint the picture of what it's like to work with you
  7. Address their concerns / fears, what can you do to comfort them and make them feel safe
  8. Give them CLARITY, be very specific about how the booking process works, what to expect next. You want to make it SUPER easy for them to book you and pay you!
  9. If they’re feeling confused at all, they will interpret that as you being unorganized or they will feel overwhelmed and move on to the next artist. Obviously you want process to flow seamlessly, if you feel you need help in that area, I also help optimizing processes & systems during my one on one sessions, link will be in the show notes
