Welcome to episode 10! If you’ve been with us since episode 1, we have hit the double digit milestone, and we can’t thank you enough for your support so far
Today we have Jack Delosa, founder of the entourage which has been labelled the 4th best place to work In Australia! We can attest to that as Bridge The Gap has an active membership with the Entourage, which gives entrepreneurs everything they need to build great businesses and drive the world forward.
In this episode, we chat about how more people are starting to look at what they want to do more now than ever and taking things into their own hands, and not just in business, but in life, which is exciting!
How finding your passion can easily and naturally lead people away from destructive paths of drugs and alcohol, and educating us how to do it.
Jack talks about his brother Tom, who passed away when he was just 19, and gives insight into how he was able to cope with his death. At this point in his life, Jack didn’t understand how to deal with emotions, and explains that when we don’t show emotions naturally, they come out in other ways, sometimes and even often times in rebellion and aggression, anxiety and depression. But it’s the advice that Jack gives on the back of this story that really hits the nail on the head at just over the half way point of this episode.
Jack talks about why he get’s away at least 4 times a year, why he loves to wake up early and how making the time in the morning for himself is so important and valuable.
