Damien had just finished 290 km run when we caught up with him, in memory of his father. Damien became a full time carer at 19 years old, looking after his Dad who’s cancer battle began suddenly and very intensely. We talk a lot on this time, what he learnt , and how his experiences have really shaped his why, and it’s so so strong!

We dive into the race itself, from the mental AND physical training leading up, which is not what you’d think.
