Chris is another one of our superstar guests from Melbourne. He’s the founder of Life Hub Australia, a very successful fitness studio founded in 2014. Chris has an amazing fitness journey, having lost 40 kilos in 6 months which we talk on in detail during this episode.
We speak a lot on diets, fashion and business, which Chris studied heavily in the earlier years. Chris hit a lot of success early, and all the hard work and momentum was hit with some very sad news of his partners sisters death, which created an entire shift that stopped the drive that Chris had for fashion, all while he was 21 years old.
We talk on Chris’s transition into his studies on Cognitive behavioural therapy and Neurolinguistic programming after not seeing results through psychological practises for his PTSD, and how this lead him to opening Life Hub Australia.
Chris touches on his relationship with his wife Bec after, 13 years of being together, and gives some really great insight into how they have maintained a healthy and strong partnership!
