Welcome to episode 32 with Cade Robertson.

Cade is originally from South Africa, having moved here last year just before COVID hit. Although he got over here just before, the timing was bitter sweet, not being able to form any friendships for months while we were in lockdown. It’s been a crazy year for sure, but especially for Cade. A new country, new people, new lifestyle, everything started from square one for Cade, but we are stoked he made the move, because he has given myself, and the guys around him so much value in his person, and his story, as you’ll find out. 

In this episode, we speak on life in South Africa, which will probably leave you pretty stunned. We speak on his relationships, both with family and romantic, the Rugby scene and culture and his bodybuilding journey. Cade shares his stories so well, and really put things into perspective.
