In this Bridging the Gap to Leadership Podcast Eriadura, Louise and Sarah will be looking at more discriminatory experiences based on the current literature for Black, Asian, Mixed Heritage & Ethnic minority students on placement and discussing the cultural communication experiences encountered by AHP students whilst on placement. Insights and solutions have been provided on how Practice Educators are able to mitigate discrimination and how we can all make a point of self reflection and understanding our own unconscious bias.
