Hi there folks, if you're hearing this podcast, that means you're either subscribed to the master feed for hugospodcast.com or you're subscribed to the Brief & Not So Brief feed. I've decided to stop publishing episodes in the Brief & Not So Brief feed for a couple of reasons. First, we so rarely put out episodes these days, It's not really worth the effort to keep a separate feed going. Second, I can see the download numbers and infer that there are vastly fewer subscribers to BNSB than to Hugos There, and if I'm going to put the effort in to produce an episode of a podcast, I'd prefer to get as many ears on it as possible. Third, I believe that there's a very substantial crossover between listeners to BNSB and Hugos There, so to me it makes sense to put episodes of both podcasts into a single feed. So, going forward, any Brief & Not So Brief episodes will just go into the Hugos There feed as bonus episodes.
