If we are going to keep pushing forward we are going to need to take a look back and reflect every once in a while to make sure we are going the right way and taking our lessons with us. We reflect on so many small things within the day, but we need to do a better job of reflecting on ourselves, of our thoughts and emotions, of the environment. The only way to grow is to learn, whether that be learned in the moment or learned from the past, but all that learning takes reflection and analyzing the situation or topic in a positive light to see what can be improved and what doesn't need to be fixed. Let's start stepping up and taking accountabilities for what shows up in our lives, let's take a deep dive.
