Thor: Ragnarok

This week, the BBM Crew is transported to a faraway planet to engage in gladiatorial combat with aliens for the sole purpose of entertaining Jeff Goldblum… Not the character of the Grandmaster, the actual guy… actor Jeff Goldblum.  It’s our first venturing into the Marvel Cinematic Universe on this show and David and Phil couldn’t think of anything better to do that with than the trippy, funny, and possibly the flat-out weirdest entry of all, Thor: Ragnarok.  The guys talk about the high and low points of this movie, the great cast, and what makes this stand out, not just among the Thor franchise, but in the MCU as a whole.

Thor is imprisoned on the planet Sakaar, and must race against time to return to Asgard and stop Ragnarök, the destruction of his world, at the hands of the powerful and ruthless villain Hela.
