This podcast is designed to EDUCATE and EMPOWER females ages 14+ through Personal Safety and Awareness, and Self Defense/Self Protection. We provide encouragement and reinforcement information for those who want to learn how to protect themselves and their loved ones. We focus on educating females with the signs to look for and stories told of the escalation of mental and physical abuse in relationships. We also provide Personal Protection and Concealed Carry Weapons Training.
