Have you ever said something or done something to someone… maybe an employee or a manager or even a customer – or your spouse and they got - really pissed off…

Then, you had to spend a LOT of time… like hours, days or weeks…Trying to walk it back or Un-Dig that hole - you dug with your words… or deeds. And even Then… in some cases – the other person never – really forgives you…

I don’t know about you… maybe you are a perfect person, who has never offended anyone.

But I can tell you – I sure have… I’ve been pissed off - and I have pissed off more - Than my share of people.
